The Business Office consists of Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Accounting Services. The Business Office processes all checks, produces and distributes tax forms, such as the 1098, 1099, and W-2 forms, and processes all non-student related payments. We are here to help outside vendors, as well as all TWU employees. Whether you need to process a purchase order, deposit money in your budget line, or process invoices, please contact us at any time. Gail Harris - Vice President for Financial Affairs

Gail Harris serves as the Vice President for Financial Affairs. Gail is a 1991 graduate of Tennessee Wesleyan with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics. Gail spent 15 years in banking, serving in several roles including Controller and Chief Financial Officer. She is a graduate of the Southeastern School of Banking, the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin and the College Business Management Institute. Gail came home to her alma mater in 2011 and enjoys working with TWU’s students, faculty, and staff.

Kelly Martin - Director of Accounting

Kelly Martin is the Director of Accounting. Kelly graduated in 2009 from Tennessee Wesleyan with her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a dual emphasis in Accounting and Computer Information Systems. She then went on to get her Master of Accountancy degree from Golden Gate University in 2011. Kelly started working in the Business Office at TWU in 2009 as the Payroll Administrator and later became the Director of Accounting in 2015.  She is always willing to help all faculty, staff, and students with any issues they may have with payroll, budgets, agency accounts, or any other questions. Kelly has a passion to help others and wants to show the love of Jesus to everyone she meets.
