Persons desiring to reserve rooms/locations on campus are responsible for preparing all work orders and submitting them to the Facilities Department. In addition, if food and/or refreshments are needed, all arrangements must be made directly with Food Services (number of attendees, menu, billing, etc.).Audio/Visual Needs:
