Pre-Orientation Checklist

We are so excited for you to attend your New Student Orientation at Tennessee Wesleyan University! Once you have registered for orientation, which you can do here HERE , please make sure to complete the following checklist before you attend Orientation. Though you may still attend orientation without the completion of these items, completing as many of these tasks as possible allows for a better Orientation experience if all or at least most of these items are completed. 

COMPLETE YOUR IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS

Click HERE to view the Certificate and Immunization and Insurance Form that must be filled out and returned to Student Life prior to the first day of classes. The document provides details on required immunizations as well as how to provide proper documentation.

SUBMIT YOUR FAFSA

Submit a 2025-2026 FAFSA to unlock full financial aid benefits. The FAFSA can be filled out HERE. 

SUBMIT FINAL TRANSCRIPTS

Make sure to send your official final high school transcripts to your admissions counselor! Your high school guidance office should be able to assist in this process.

HOUSING APPLICATION

If you are going to be a resident and live on campus, make sure to submit your housing deposit and ask your admissions counselor to send you a housing application and return it! Want to learn more about TWU’s residential buildings? Visit HERE.

APPLY FOR A PARKING PASS

All TWU students are required to have a parking pass, including both residents and commuters. You will need to be logged in to My Portal to register your vehicle. The vehicle registration form can be found HERE.
