The Tennessee Wesleyan University Counseling Center is designed to enhance the mental wellbeing that affects student’s college experiences. Individual counseling services are offered to help students navigate their college years, developing greater self-awareness, and enhance mental health. Attention is given to the following areas:

The counseling center is licensed and trained to provide students with short term counseling services in a confidential, caring, and supportive environment. All services provided by the TWU Counseling Center are FREE.

Office Hours

The TWU Counseling Center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM and maintains the same schedule as students.

If assistance is needed after hours, Dean Mashburn is to be contacted and/or the security office. 

If it is a life-threatening situation, please call 911 immediately.
