BIOGRAPHY

In addition to her full-time role at Tennessee Wesleyan University, Kim Ealy is the owner of Kim’s Resume Redesign and a partner with Dream Home Based Work, where she provides resources for legitimate remote job opportunities. With more than 17 years of experience, she helps clients craft compelling resumes and cover letters, strengthen interview performance, and negotiate competitive salaries.

Kim’s career has included teaching and speaking engagements across the United States and abroad, including in Japan, California, Utah, and Tennessee. She holds a master’s degree in professional communication, a bachelor’s degree in organizational behavior, and an associate’s degree in early childhood education.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys cooking, singing, writing, roller skating, and discovering creative ways to live well on less. She also appeared as a film extra alongside her daughter in the Utah-based movie We Love You, Sally Carmichael.
