BIOGRAPHY
Ana Barrios is originally from Cuba and has lived in the United States for more than thirty years. She has been an educator for most of her professional life, teaching K-12 for some time before pursuing graduate studies at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. She came to Tennessee Wesleyan University in 2017 and has truly enjoyed teaching the Spanish language, culture, and literature. One of the most rewarding experiences she has had at TWU is traveling abroad with my students.
