Hazing Policy and Procedures

Tennessee Wesleyan University is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive learning and working environment free from hazing in any form. Hazing, coercion, and retaliation under this Policy are strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated by Tennessee Wesleyan University.

Hazing Complaint Form

Fill out the following form to file a hazing complaint. The form will be carefully reviewed by the faculty/staff of the Student Life department and handled appropriately.

I have reviewed the TWU Hazing Policy and Procedures and believe that the described incident constitutes as hazing.

I understand that the University will not disclose the identity of any individual involved in a disclosure, report, or resolution process under this policy, consistent with and except as may be permitted by the FERPA statute, 20 U.S.C. 1232g, or FERPA regulations, 34 CFR part 99, or as required by law, or to carry out the purposes of 34 CFR part 106, including the conduct of any investigation, hearing, or judicial proceeding arising thereunder.
