BIOGRAPHY
Lynnette Smith, DSL, is an assistant professor with 27 years of human resources and corporate business experience. Dr. Smith brings a wealth of experience in management, human resource management, strategic management, international management, business communications, and more to the Goodfriend College of Business and Professional Studies. She taught adjunct for Tennessee Wesleyan from 2012 – 2015 and began full time teaching in fall of 2023. She earned an AA from the University of South Carolina, BA in Human Resource Management from Saint Leo University, an MS in Human Resource Management from Troy University and holds a doctorate in strategic leadership from Liberty University. Her 27-plus years of leadership in diverse fields provides her with extensive knowledge and experience to share when working with individuals and teams.
