Spring 2026 Musical – Fiddler on the Roof
On behalf of the Tennessee Wesleyan University Theatre and Fine Arts Department, you are invited to their musical production for the Spring of 2026, Fiddler on the Roof. Performances will take place in Townsend Auditorium on the Tennessee Wesleyan Campus. Showtimes are as follows: • Friday, March 27th and Saturday, March 28th at 7:00 p.m. • Sunday, March 29th at 2:30 p.m. Admission to the show is free, with donations gratefully accepted to support the TWU Theatre Program. This production features a talented cast drawn from the Tennessee Wesleyan community, including students, faculty members, and local performers. Fiddler on the Roof tells the story of Tevye, a poor Jewish milkman in a small Russian village, as he struggles to maintain his traditions while his daughters challenge them by choosing their own husbands. Set against rising social and political unrest, the story explores family, faith, tradition, and change as their way of life is threatened. The unification of the Nursing and MOT programs will strengthen the campus’s role as a top workforce provider for the region, supporting the education and training of dedicated nurses and occupational therapists. The campus features one of the most advanced nursing simulation labs in the Southeastern United States and serves as a vital resource for hands-on clinical education and training. As a partner of Covenant Health, Tennessee Wesleyan University remains committed to meeting the needs of healthcare systems across East Tennessee and beyond. Guests are invited to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony, tour the facility, and explore the simulation lab. Light refreshments will also be provided.
