The purpose of the Board of Trustees is to provide governance, stewardship, and leadership for Tennessee Wesleyan University in fulfillment of the institution’s mission. Acting as TWU’s governing body, the Board oversees the University’s financial integrity, ensures the quality of its academic programs, upholds its liberal arts tradition, and supports the President in advancing institutional goals.
