Alpha Xi Gamma Sorority
As a local sorority founded at Tennessee Wesleyan in 1979, Alpha Xi Gamma takes great pride in having a foundation here in Athens, TN. Being a local sisterhood has given these sisters the chance to form deeper, long-lasting connections within each other and their community. As a group that has continued to develop and grow through service, love, and devotion, the bonds of their sisterhood will never be broken.
Delta Zeta Phi Fraternity
Delta Zeta Phi is a local fraternity founded at Tennessee Wesleyan. It was established to encourage its members to strive for higher standards of excellence in all areas of their lives. The chapter is a social as well as philanthropic society and makes every effort to help further the community at Tennessee Wesleyan University by example, works, and spirit.
Sigma Kappa Sorority
The Gamma Psi chapter of Sigma Kappa sorority was established at Tennessee Wesleyan in 1961. This national sorority was founded in 1874 at Colby College in Waterville, Maine. The purpose of Sigma Kappa sorority is to provide women lifelong opportunities and support for social, intellectual and spiritual development by bringing women together to positively impact our communities.
