Fall 2022 Move-In FAQ
New student move-in for all residence halls will be Thursday, August 11, from 9 a.m.
to noon. See some frequently asked questions below. More answers are available on
the Residential Life FAQ page. As always, you can Contact Admissions with any other questions.
Residents will report to their building lobby on their designated move-in day and
RAs will greet them to check them in.
Fowler and Keith Halls are located on Atlantic Street. Nocatula and Wesley Commons
are located on Coach Farmer Drive. Miller Hall is located on N. Jackson Street.
•New students will move-in on Thursday, August 11 from 9 a.m.-noon, unless you are
attending the August 11 Orientation, then you will move-in afterwards from 1 p.m.
-5 p.m.
•Transfer students attending the August 10 Transfer Orientation will move-in that
afternoon from 1 p.m. -4 p.m.
•All other new transfers will move-in on August 11 from 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.

There are no additional restrictions on move-in beyond current COVID-19 guidelines.
Unfortunately, no, we are unable to provide any moving help this year.
The Dining Hall will open beginning Friday evening for weekend hours, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Burkett’s will open Monday for personal purchase. Students’ Burkett’s bucks will be available early in the semester.
Returning students may move in between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Sunday, August 15.
Small microwave ovens (700 watts or smaller) and small refrigerators, not to exceed 3.1 cubic feet in size, are allowed.
