I write to introduce Dr. Tommy Lee "Tom" Phillips of Champaign, Illinois, who was born and raised in Kingsport, Tennessee, graduating high school in 1949. Tom elected to enroll at Tennessee Wesleyan and was highly involved academically and as a leader in many campus activities.
