Associate Professor of English
Dr. Shaun Morgan completed his Ph.D. at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He teaches classes in American literature, postcolonial literature, critical theory, and the study of narrative. His research focuses on the interrelationship between race, culture, and narrative form in postcolonial literature and theory. His most recent project is a collection of essays he is co-editing with two colleagues that is to be titled Narrative, Race, and Ethnicity in the United States which focuses on the connections and disjunctions between the formal study of narrative and race and ethnicity studies.
