TWU Physical Education Degree Emphasis
A bachelors in physical education from Tennessee Wesleyan University will provide you with the knowledge of the workings of the human body, as well as insight into leading your own classroom to ensure you are well-prepared to teach physical education classes for children of all ages.
With a physical education degree, you will be eligible to seek Tennessee state teaching licensure for grades K-12. In addition to your time spent in the classroom, you will also spend a semester student teaching at a local school to gain hands-on practical teaching experience.
