Room Reservation Request
Exceptions to Room Reservation Policy:
In order to reserve space in certain areas of the campus, other individuals will need
to be consulted. To submit your request, complete the form with the details of your
event. This does not guarantee a reservation of any space on campus. A confirmation
will be sent to you if your reservation is accepted as requested. Prior to submitting
your room reservation request, please check VirtualEMS to confirm room availability for the preferred dates and times.
Please Note:
Persons desiring to reserve rooms/locations on campus are responsible for preparing
all work orders and submitting them to the Facilities Department. In addition, if
food and/or refreshments are needed, all arrangements must be made directly with Food
Services (number of attendees, menu, billing, etc.).
