Payment Plan Options
Tennessee Wesleyan Annual Payment Plan
The annual payment plan allows students and parents to budget their expenses for an entire academic year into equal monthly payments. Tuition, fees and residence hall charges may be included in the annual plan. Payments are due on the 15th of each month. You must register for a plan by the first day of the month in which the selected payment plan begins. Students may select the number of monthly payments, according to the following schedule and should make the first payment prior to the start of classes:
- 12 monthly payments (April-March of the following year) *NEW this year
- 10 monthly payments (June-March of the following year)
- 9 monthly payments (July-March of the following year)
- 8 monthly payments (August-March of the following year)
- 3 monthly payments per semester (beginning in August and January)

Set up an automatic payment plan to pay tuition and fees in monthly installments. You may arrange for convenient monthly payments from your checking or savings account or by credit card. There is a $45 fee for annual enrollment or $25 per semester fee.

July 14 (9 payments, July - March)
August 16 (8 payments, August - March)
Fall 2016 - 4 payments
You must register for this plan by August 16, 2016
August 2016: 1/4 of balance (automatic draft)
September 2016: 1/4 of balance (automatic draft)
October 2016: 1/4 of balance (automatic draft)
November 2016: 1/4 of balance (automatic draft)
Full payments for fall may also be made on NBS Payments until August 16, 2016.
Spring 2017 - 4 payments
You must register for this plan by November 23, 2016.
January 2017: 1/4 of balance (automatic draft)
February 2017: 1/4 of balance (automatic draft)
March 2017: 1/4 of balance (automatic draft)
April 2017: 1/4 of balance (automatic draft)
Full payments for spring may also be made on NBS Payments until January 15, 2017. There is no fee for full payments.

A payment schedule and agreement must be signed after contacting the Business Office and discussing your anticipated balance after applicable aid.
